1. Introduction These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of security services by Epicss Security Pvt. Ltd. (“we”, “us”, or “our”) to our clients (“you” or “your”).
2. Acceptance of Terms By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
3. Services We provide security services, including but not limited to:
   • Static guarding
   • Mobile patrols
   • Access control
   • CCTV monitoring
   • Event security
4. Client Responsibilities You agree to:
   • Provide us with accurate and complete information about your premises and security requirements
   • Ensure that our personnel have access to your premises and necessary facilities
   • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
5. Payment Terms You agree to pay our fees and charges in accordance with our invoice terms.
6. Intellectual Property All intellectual property rights in our services, including but not limited to our logo, branding, and materials, remain our property.
7. Confidentiality We will maintain the confidentiality of your information and ensure that our personnel do the same.
8. Liability We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from our services, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
9. Termination Either party may terminate our services upon written notice to the other.
10. Governing Law These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
11. Dispute Resolution Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
12. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately.

Effective Date These Terms are effective as of June 1, 2024.
